In 2025, F5 Collective partnered with Marie Claire Australia to champion women driving change across business, culture and community.

F5 Collective was a proud partner of Marie Claire’s 2025 Women of the Year Awards, celebrating women making an impact across Australian business, culture and society.

F5 Collective’s CEO and Founding Partner, Tracey Warren, presented the Rising Star of the Year Award, recognising the next generation of women creating meaningful change. The award was presented to Milly Rose Bannister, founder and creative director of ALLKND, a not-for-profit focused on peer-to-peer mental health education for young Australians.

F5 Collective also supported the launch of You’re Gonna Want to Hear This, Marie Claire’s podcast hosted by editor Georgie McCourt. Launched to mark Marie Claire’s 30th anniversary in Australia, the series features conversations with women shaping politics, culture, activism and media, including Jacinda Ardern, Brittany Higgins and Asher Keddie.

The partnership reflects F5 Collective’s broader commitment to increasing the visibility, recognition and economic participation of women in Australia.
